Therefore, I intend to purchase additional firearms and suppressors from the in the future. So although I did experience two issues during my initial introduction to this shop, they did everything they could to make it right by me. However, an employee named Aaron contacted me quickly to advise me of the issue and did everything he could do and everything I requested to make it right by me.

It turns out ECAA was wrong and I did need the paperwork that I no longer was in possession of. It was actually paperwork that I initially submitted but was told by ECAA that I did not have to submit to the ATF. It was an issue with paperwork and ECAA not being completely certain what documentation needed to be completed for the suppressor. Additionally, there was a large error made during the purchasing process of my suppressor. Turns out they would not price match the ammo I had located as they promised me they would. I documented the price and informed the employee who completed the sale, about what shop I found a particular ammo and the price. I sourced ammo from a locally owned gun shop approx. I understood and accepted that explanation. I was told they would price match ammo of the same product number from a locally owned business, but not an online retailer. Before I arrived to purchase the firearm, I checked with an employee about pricing on ammo. During the wait for my tax stamp, I purchased an AR15 pistol chambered in 300 Blackout. I recently initiated the process for purchasing a suppressor from ECAA. My exact words were So theres nothing you can do? Their response was nope, we dont stock those so I said, I guess I have no other recourse, but to leave you a review Explaining this then. I was going to leave it alone, but they insinuated I was rude and lying and these they offered to help, but that I ended the conversation too quickly. I wish it would let me post photos here to show you, but if you look for my review on their Facebook page you will see them.

They told me that they called Benelli who told them it was correct. Stay far far away.They replied to my review elsewhere, so Ill add here that Benelli took care of the issue for me right away and sent me the correct one. I was planning to order another $1000 pistol from them tomorrow, but now that I know how terrible their service is they wont get my business again. You would think after I spent upwards of $2500 with them they would want to make this right. Then they said welp youre SOL call the manufacturer. Elk County Ammo And Arms first response was to blame the transfer shop, but Ive been doing business with these guys a long time and I watched them open the box. We took it out and the Choke tool (for all those extra expensive chokes I paid for) is missing. I came to get the transfer today at which time the box was opened in front of me. I ordered a brand new Benelli Performance Shop SuperSport from these guys on gunbroker. I really was hoping this store had friendly customer service and where more punctual! Again Im sorry for writing a negative review, but it is what it is. I wouldnt recommend no one deal with these people. Im definitely not satisfied with my experience with this seller. Today I had it! After email I called and ask if they do overnights and how much? They were fair about the overnight charge for shipping, but I still havent received my order tracking number. So I called my FFL and they said they would email it to them. They in return emailed me saying they still needed my FFLs info. They apparently dont check emails because after I emailed my FFL information to them. The call was awkward and thats saying it nicely. When I called and gave my info trying to check the status of my purchase. My local FFL called them the same day they called my wifes seller. Ive had to call this store about four times. We had hers shipped from South Dakota to Tennessee.

My wife and I purchased our firearms on the same day. They seem like a well ran store from the pics. Wow! I wish I could rate these guys better, but unfortunately I didnt have nearly the great customer service as I read about.
